Our policy for Foundamental Conventions required in ILO               (International Labour Organization)


 

 

In order to maximize employees' potential capability,  we make the utmost effort to treat them with respect and dignity, and to ensure they all have a safe and healthy working environment.

   

We would like to express the following policy in line with ILO Foundamental Conventions, to protect the human rights of employees involved in forest certification. 

 

 

 

1. Elimination of Child Labour

 

We prohibit any labour that prevents compulsory education, and any dangerous or harmful work prohibited by law for persons under the ege of 18.

 

 

 

2. Elimination of Forced Labour

 

We prohibit forcing anyone to work against their will in any form of employment.

 

 

 

3. Elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation

 

We value fundamental human rights, and do not engage in any acts that ignore human rights, such as discrimination based on nationality, race, place of origin, gender, religion, illness, disability, etc., and sexual harrasment.

 

 

 

4. Respect for freedom of association and the right to colletive bargaining

 

We pursue smooth communication between labour and mangement. 

We respect the right to participate in collective barganing and the freedom of association in accordance with rules.
